Vegan Mocha Iced Capp

Cold, creamy caffeine jolt that's GOOD For me? I just can’t possibly love this more!  No heavy duty blender required, I whipped this up in my Ninja. It’s super creamy & I do believe I’m officially obsessed. 

Vegan Mocha Iced Capp

Much of my excess weight in the past 10yrs is due to my first taste of an Iced Capp the day before my 40th bday. 🤦🏻‍♀ The thing is tho, I’m not a coffee fan. Love the smell, can’t handle the taste. Iced Capps have little coffee taste though!


I whipped this up in mere minutes with my Ninja blender. If you have an even better blender you may not need to soak the cashews


Ingredients

✔️ Lg Ninja blender cup 3/4 filled with ice 

✔️ 1 scoop Epicure’s Vegan protein powder 

✔️ splash of leftover coffee (I didn’t measure, use more if you like coffee) 

✔️ enough Creamy Cashew milk to just cover ice 

✔️ 6 soaked cashews for added creaminess. A couple Tbsp of cottage cheese works well too.  PS. I've gotten in the habit of keeping a small jar of roasted cashews in water in the fridge for adding creamy textures on the fly - I soak the roasted for extra flavor.

✔️ 1/2 scoop of Epicure's Cocoa Acai (optional - although it's chocolate so.... of course I use it) 

✔️ 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract


I blended two minutes so the protein powder had time to absorb the moisture.
