Iced Capp Protein Smoothie

This is a delicious breakfast or an anytime you need a pick-me-up drink!

Loaded with Protein, Vegan, and you can customize to your sugar and coffee tolerance.

  • 1 Tray of ice cubes or approx 3/5ths up your blender cup - I use the Ninja large cups.

  • 1 spoonful of coffee - mine is generous. The Tims coffee really is the best for this!

  • a dash of salt - pptional - brings out the flavours

  • Sweetener - Softened dates give a rich flavour, honey or flavoured syrups work too. I put a handful of dates into water in a prep bowl and into the fridge. I use 4 per smoothie, mostly to offset the coffee - I like an Iced Capp, not coffee. 😂🤷‍♀️

  • 1 scoop of vanilla or chocolate protein - this is the Vegan protein I'm obsessed with

  • 'Milk' of your choice to the top of your ice - I'm in essence adding Cashew Milk. In the video I'm using a splash of cashew cream and topping up with water. I make my own Cashew Cream (basically unwatered cashew milk)
