Roasted Root Veggies

Collect a whole bunch of root veggies.
I used Red Onion, White Onion, Purple Potato, White Potato & Parsnips.
Drizzle with olive oil, Epicure's Pepper and Epicure's Sea Salt. Spread onto your Epicure Crisper and put into your 350 oven for 30-40 mins.
Toss if you want although with the Crisper you don't need to!
