Lemon Pineapple Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients:
Juice of 1/2 lemon. I used a Fresh Meyer lemon - Juiced with Epicure's 2 in 1 Citrus Press
1 Tbsp Classic Epicure Chimichurri (Seasonal Product)
1 Tbsp Pineapple Vinegar. I got mine at Costco
1/2 to 1.5 Tbsp water.
This sauce is meant to be a drizzle, it is not thick. It would make a great pasta salad as well! It is a very bright sauce, add water or avocado oil to adjust to your preference.
