Easy Asian Salad. This would be great as a lettuce wrap, didn’t have any lettuce so voila…
A couple handfuls of spinach
A handful of coleslaw
~1/2 cup of starchy veg – I used Green Chick Peas & Corn
Mix ground beef with 1 T Asian Seasoning & 1.5 T Soy sauce. Fry or cook in steamer in 4 mins. Layer on greens.
Drizzle with Sesame Ginger dressing, sprinkle with Cilantro and top with julienned Jicama for a lovely crunch.
Top with Sesame Crunch if desired.
