I did mine without Nori in my Silicon muffin pan.
Proteins were Fish rubbed salmon & Teriyaki Chicken. All topped with assorted veg, Asian Umani and Epicure's Classic Chipotle Aioli.
Teriyaki Chicken in the Multi Purpose steamer
1lb chicken, cut in 1/2" strips, sprinkled with 1 tbsp Teriyaki seasoning
1 tbsp soy sauce (I used #gf Braggs)
1 Tsp Brown Sugar
Cook 3 mins, stir.
Cook 2-3 more mins until done.
