I was craving butter chicken & grilled cheese. This was the delicious love child.
WHAT YOU NEED:
Your Fav Cheese. I used Dubliner & Goat Cheese
Chopped Sun Dried Tomato OR Fresh sliced tomato
A snip of Chives or use 3 Onion
Epicure Butter Chicken seasoning
Chili Flakes and Garlic for a touch of heat. This would also be good with the fiery tang and acidity of pickled jalapenos.
GET ER DONE
Butter one side of one naan/ grind on some salt and put butter side down in pan on med-low. Build your grilled cheese in the pan while the bottom gets crispy!
Add your cheese, alternating if you used various kinds. I laid down my slices of Dubliner, then poked nuggets of goat cheese in the gaps.
Sprinkle on a generous dusting of Butter Chicken seasoning
Add tomatoes & onions.
Sprinkle on Chilies & Garlic for heat or use pickled jalapenos
Top with your second slice of buttered Naan
Flip over when the first side is crispy. Let rest a few mins before cutting.
