I wish I knew what website I got these from, they’re AMAZING and I’ll edit the post to give the original author credit when I figure it out! They’re soft and not too sweet and melt in your mouth! By the time they’d been out of the oven 10 mins I had only 2 left that I could photograph!
I did a small tweak and added Vanilla. They’d be awesome with our Epicure's Cinnamon too!
Ingredients
* 1 cup Almond Butter
* 1/4 cup raw honey
* 1 egg
* 1/2 tsp baking soda
* 1/2 tsp sea salt
* 1 tsp Vanilla
* 1/4 cup chocolate chips
* 1/2 tsp your favorite baking spice (optional)
Mix first 6 ingredients in your mixing bowl. Fold in chocolate chips. Place a heaping teaspoons of mix on a parchment lined baking sheet or on your Epicure Sheet Pan lined with your Epicure Bake & Roll.
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Let cool for a couple mins.
