Steak Tacos with Jicama Pineapple Salsa

Steak Tacos with Coconut Rice & Jicama Pineapple Slaw. And yes. It's a good Food Real Results meal.


Steak Stripes

  • 2.5lbs Eye of Round Roast, thinly cut across the grain (or your fav expensive meat is fine, don't marinate as long, or at all, as it can get 'soft')

  • 1/4c Soy Sauce - I used Braggs #glutenfree

  • Juice of 3 limes - use your citrus press to get all the juice!

  • 3 Tbsp Epicure's Classic Guacamole Seasoning Mix Marinate 1.5 to 2 days


Seasoned Coconut Rice


Cook 12 mins in steamer or your usual method. Note.


Jicama Pineapple Salsa

  • 1 cup Diced Jicama

  • 1 red bell pepper

  • Green Onion

  • Juice of 1/2 a lime using the awesome Epicure Citrus press

  • 2 Tbsp Epicure's Classic Pico Salsa Mix

  • 4 chunks of frozen or fresh pineapple

  • Cilantro. - I was really missing this in the dish, SS was sold out & I've used all I had frozen.
