One of my kitchen hacks is that I always freeze leftover rice & diced chicken.
Fill Epicure Multipurpose steamer 1/2 to 2/3 full with water (~12 cups). Start the water heating in the microwave as you collect ingredients.
3 Tbsp Epicure's Chicken Broth mix.
A dash of Epicure's Classic Herb and Garlic dip or Garlic & Onion NY 1 Tbsp of Sun-kissed tomato mix for color.
A dash of Chili Flakes & garlic to taste and a splash of avocado or olive oil
A few handful of frozen corn, chicken & rice.
Cook until heated through. Devour.
10 Minute Steamer Soup
