Not all delicious food is pretty! This #vegan Bowl is sooo delish. My 17 yo daughter kept stealing bites. 😆
✔️Bed of Greens - mine were Mizuna & Arugula
✔️1/2 cup green peas (my frozen were ready in 1 min in steamer)
✔️1/2 cup hummus (mine is a roasted garlic hummus made with Desi Chickpeas)
✔️handful of Lentil sprouts
✔️big forkful of sauerkraut for gut health. I have the best Kraut ever made by Dorothy Wilkins💜
✔️drizzled with... Epicure's Smoky Mojo. Of course.
To Perfectly Balance for Good Food Real Results using BYOD as a guide:
a portion of protein (ie, 1 cup chick peas or 1/2 c of chicken)
a portion of grain/starch (1/2 c rice, corn, yam, etc)
Your Healthy Fat is taken care of, add 1.5 -2 cups more veggies
