I LOVE papaya served this way and it's ready in minutes. Fresh and bright! Serves 2-4
1/2 med papaya, diced
1 sm avocado, diced
1/2 red pepper, diced
1 tsp Lime Juice - get the most juice out of your lime using your Epicure Citrus Press!
1 small handful of Cilantro, chopped
Gently toss to incorporate flavors.
