Chicken Parmesan

Healthier Good Food Real Result Chicken Parm with Quinoa and Roasted Garlic Broccoli!

Use 1 tsp of Epicure’s minced garlic and grind it up to a powder ( or use Roasted Garlic). Toss bite sized Broccoli Florets with a touch of olive oil and sprinkle with your powdered garlic and your fav Epicure salt. Roast in a 420 oven for 16 mins.

Meanwhile, slice the chicken through to make two thinner pieces and then pound out the chicken to make it super thin.

Dip it in beaten eggs and then into Bread Crumbs with Pizza seasoning.

Fry a few mins on each side, top with Marinara, Mozzarella and Parm. Put under broiler until cheese is bubbly.
