GET IN MY BELLY! π
I had picked my Tromboncino before fully ripe (it was so big I thought it was π€·ββοΈ) so I pan fried two pieces and grated the rest.
I squeezed the moisture out the tossed the grated zucchini with some Epicure GF bagel mix, and Epicure's Sriracha Salt then pan fried it in butter. It gets sticky & crunchy and I canβt get enough.
