Papaya Salsa

I LOVE papaya served this way and it's ready in minutes. Fresh and bright! Serves 2-4

Papaya Salsa!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 med papaya, diced

  • 1 sm avocado, diced

  • 1/2 red pepper, diced

  • 2 tsp Epicure's Poco Salsa or if you prefer it milder, use Pico

  • 1 tsp Lime Juice - get the most juice out of your lime using your Epicure Citrus Press!

  • 1 small handful of Cilantro, chopped

Gently toss to incorporate flavors.
