GFRR Breakfast!

Another amazing GFRR Breakfast!

My take on overnight oats.

Overnight Quinoa/Chia topped with Berries, Pepitas (Pumpkin seeds have fabulous iron!) & Epicure's Classic Tutti Fruity!
 
I start every day with a mug of hot lemon water. I wash the lemon, cut in half & microwave the water with the lemon in it for 1.5 mins. The soft lemon releases a ton of juice & pulp with my trusty Epicure citrus press. Crazy color right?
