1 Golden Beet
2 Regular Beets
Goat Cheese
Epicure's Montreal Steak Spice (seasonal)
Peel and slice beets.
Pop into your Epicure multipurpose Steamer & microwave 4 minutes.
Soften goat cheese 10 seconds in microwave.
Layer beets and slather on goat cheese.
Sprinkle Montreal Steak spice on top.
Devour.
