Protein Balls - 2 Ways!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats

  • 1/2 cup each pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, peanut butter, unsweetened coconut

  • 1 scoop Epicure's protein powder

  • 8 dates puréed with 1/4 cup almond milk (or water!)*

  • 1 Tsp vanilla

  • 2 Tbsp honey

Combine all ingredients then get in there with your hands and work it well for a couple minutes until it holds well.

Roll 1/2 into balls & roll in shredded coconut if desired.

Add 1 scoop of Epicure's Classic Cocoa Acai to the remaining mix. Roll into balls.

  • If your dates are a bit hard like mine are, you can also chop the dates and then heat them with the milk so they get nice & gooey.
