Updated: Feb 11, 2020

Find the original recipe & Epicure's stunning photo here!

I believe in less dishes and I LOVE our steamer, so that's how I made mine!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb Lean Ground Beef.

  • 1 cream cheese brick

  • 1/2 c mayonnaise 5min DIY option!

  • 1/4 c milk, your choice

  • 1 Tbsp granulated sugar - I SKIP THIS, I don't find it is needed

  • 2 tsp white vinegar

  • 1 1/2 tsp Epicure Roasted Garlic Aioli Mix

  • 1 c shredded mozzarella (I love it with sharp Cheddar or Jack!)

  • 1/2 pkg Epicure's Classic Donair Seasoning, about 3 Tbsp

TOPPINGS

METHOD

  • Put beef in your Epicure MultiPurpose Steamer, break apart with the Epicure Meat Separator

  • cook in microwave 2-3 mins, drain off fat,

  • break up meat again with Epicure meat separator (or spatula, although seriously, I don't know how I lived without the meat separator - TOTALLY WORTH the drawer real estate!)

  • Add remaining ingredients EXCEPT the toppings - Cook 3-4 mins, I used the meat separator to stir. If you over cook it will separate, so warm it a bit at a time.

  • Once warmed, move it to the oven for 10 mins at 400 to get a lovely top! YES! You can put it right into the oven IN THE STEAMER!

  • OR cook it another 2 mins in the microwave!

  • Top with toppings and try not to eat the whole thing!!

  • FYI - Check out the collection here

NOTE I prefer to put my cheese on top before I bake it 10 mins at 400 degrees
